MACRA TO HOST SPACE CONFERENCE IN OCTOBER

The Malawi Communications Regulatory Authority (MACRA) has announced that it will host the Malawi Space Conference 2023, a two-day event that will bring together experts,and stakeholders from the space industry.



The conference, which will take place from 18th to 20th October 2023 at the Bingu International Convention Centre (BICC) in Lilongwe, aims to explore the opportunities and challenges for sustainable development in the space sector.


According to statement released by The Director General of MACRA, Dr. Daud Suleman stated that the conference is part of MACRA's vision to promote and regulate the development of communications services in Malawi, including those related to space.



MACRA is therefore, inviting all interested stakeholders to register for the conference through the official website or contact MACRA.
